On larger productions, I scale each project with a trusted network of experienced crew, including audio operators, additional camera operators, makeup artists, and grip and electric teams. I build crews intentionally, tailoring the size and specialties to the scope of the shoot, whether it’s a small documentary team or a full broadcast production. This flexible approach allows me to maintain creative consistency while delivering the technical depth and reliability required by agencies, networks, and corporate clients working at a national and international level.
